Wicklow Mountains Ireland Engagement Session | Adventure Elopement Photographer
About a month ago, I got to travel to Ireland to adventure around for about a week, document this amazing yet rainy Adventure Session in the Wicklow Mountains, and drink as much Guinness as I could. It was awesome.
This session in the Wicklow Mountains, just outside of Dublin, was a bit rainy, a lot windy, and a tad cold. The drive to them was breathtaking and I suggest anyone visiting Dublin to take a day to adventure around the Wicklow Mountains National Park. Aside from the country side being beautiful, yet seemingly curated compared to Iceland or Scotland, this park had so many gems to adventure around in. I met J & A for an engagement session which was so much fun. It was doubly awesome because J & A are coming to Iceland later this year for their elopement so being able to document their engagement session in Ireland AND be able to take them on an epic elopement later is something I rarely get to do!
After we wandered around the Wicklow Mountains for a while, we said our goodbyes and I headed down to eat some lunch at this quirky, fun restaurant that J & A suggested- Johnnie Fox’s. I highly suggest it! Don’t forget to grab yourself a pint of Guinness while there.
I can’t wait for J & A’s elopement later this year, if this session tells me anything I know we will all have a. ton. of. fun!
